As a wholesale partner, you will receive access to our assortment, personalized customer service and intentional partnership with our brand.
account terms:
Wholesale partners must complete an application for approval. Application processing time is 3 business days. Approval / Denial will be communicated through email.
payment Terms:
Wholesale accounts terms are Net 30. An invoice will be sent to the wholesale partner upon receipt of order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal accounts.
Order Fulfillment:
There is a processing time of 5 business days for wholesale orders. If there is a need for an expedited timeline please contact orders@boldandgritty.com. Additional shipping fees may apply.The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products chosen via UPS Ground. All orders will have Delivery Confirmation added.
returns:
Bold & Gritty will accept wholesale returns within 7 days of order delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that have been determined to be lost or damaged will be replaced.
