Frequently asked questions:
What grind should I choose?
If you are using a traditional drip coffee maker and do not grind your own beans, we recommend using the medium ground option. If you prefer your coffee ground for espresso, then the fine ground is the best option.
Why whole beans?
Purchasing whole beans and grinding them at home will provide you with the richest coffee experience possible. Whole beans retain their flavor profile substantially longer than grounds, allowing you to appreciate the full depth of our nuanced flavor profiles.
When will my coffee arrive?
Our coffee is roasted locally, in Rochester, NY, twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders received between 10 AM on Friday and 10 AM on Tuesday will typically be roasted on Tuesday. All other orders are roasted each Friday and will be shipped the following day. With increasing numbers of orders, additional days may occasionally be added to the schedule. This allows us to provide you with the freshest cup possible!
